What happens to images when you paste a section

When you paste a layout into your site, the images come with it, with no cleanup on your side.

How images are handled

• Images up to 2 MB each are stored with the layout.
• When you paste or import the layout, they are added to the new site’s Media Library.
• If the same image is already in the Media Library, DiviVault reuses it instead of adding a copy.
• You can swap in your own images at any time by editing the image modules as usual.

The layout looks complete the moment you paste it, and you replace the placeholder images with your own whenever you are ready.
