A pasted section isn’t showing in the Visual Builder

If a layout you copied does not appear when you paste it, work through these checks.

1. Confirm the DiviVault plugin is active and connected to your account on this site.
2. Confirm your paid plan is active, since copying from the layout library needs one.
3. Refresh the Visual Builder, then try pasting again.
4. Try a different modern browser to rule out a browser extension or cache issue.
5. Make sure Divi 5 is active and up to date.

If it still does not appear, note the layout and the site, and reach out through support so it can be checked.
